When I try to email documents from my iPad 2 it appears to send but never shows up in my sent box or in receiver's email account. this has only been happening since last update for my ipad . How can this be corrected

Has anyone else had this problem?  When I "share" documents from Pages or GoodReader via email It looks and sounds like documents have been sent but they never arrive and when I check my "sent" file, they aren't there.  Very frustrating!  I know I've sent them this way before and it worked so wondering if it's something to do with the latest updates to 6.1.3
